tested with TextMate 1.5.4
This tmplugin provides seamless CJK input. It detects input mode correctly. No action to activate required.
I have tested only Japanese. But it will works with other language that uses Input Method as well.
Install
place CJK-Input.tmplugin into ~/Library/Application Support/TextMate/PlugIns/
